Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out promptly.
Shipping Times
We offer two shipping options:

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3–6 weeks

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 6–8 weeks
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and delays may occur due to factors outside of our control such as customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided through the Shop app once your order has been shipped. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Delays & Liability
By placing an order, you agree to the stated shipping times. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances. These delays do not qualify for chargebacks or refunds.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Refunds & Chargebacks
We do not accept chargebacks for orders that are still in transit within the stated shipping timeframes. By purchasing from our store, you agree to wait the full shipping duration before requesting any resolution.
If your order has exceeded the maximum estimated delivery time (8 weeks) without updates, please contact us and we will assist you.
